The Dragonmaker Part 2 of The Vanguards of Scion is the last half of Book 1 in The Flow of Blood and Fealty series.
This book continues where we left off in Part 1: The Servant’s Blade. Now we find our heroes or antiheroes immersed in the midst of a world threatened by the King of Scion and his de Nekros servants as the vanguards struggle to make sense of their situation and the oaths they gave in exchange for the magic that empowers them to levels beyond their comprehension and to glory with all its burdens and benefits.
